Ponding, or inadequate drainage is a constant problem on flat roofs and often causes structural damage such as dry rot.




Because of the dry rot caused by inadequate drainage on this Fair Oaks property, much of the 2 x 8 sheathing had to be replaced. Every 6 ft. it was cantilevered back to add strength and additional drains were added of  course.
We never replace dry rot without correcting the cause.

All roof repairs completed and this roof is watertight!
